Terms of Use
These terms are between you and Lil Friends, LLC, which makes Scramble. By using the app you agree to them.
Licence
You may use Scramble for your own, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, its puzzles or its word list.
If you downloaded Scramble from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies, and where the two differ, these terms add to it rather than replace it.
Scramble Plus
Scramble Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription. The daily puzzle is free and stays free.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Fair play
Scores are counted into each day’s field. Please do not tamper with the app or its data to post scores you did not play; boards that cannot be made from the day’s tiles are left out of the count.
No warranty
Scramble is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your record safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the app means accepting the new version.
